Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This page is a business policy document intended to set clear expectations with clients. It is not universal legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction before formal use.
1. Deposit
Projects begin with a 50% upfront deposit, which confirms the project and allows work to begin. The deposit reflects the time and resources allocated to your project from the start.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before design or development work has started, the deposit may be refunded in full or in part, at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is generally non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed. Any additional completed work may be invoiced separately based on progress.
4. Final Payment
The remaining 50% is due after final approval of the completed website, before final launch or handover. Requests to cancel after final payment and handover are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Revisions vs. Refunds
Dissatisfaction with a specific design detail is addressed through the revision rounds included in your package, rather than a refund. Please raise concerns as early as possible during the review stage.
6. Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time for future billing cycles. Amounts already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your project details. We will review the request in line with this policy and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
